The local hub is the heart of our neighbourhood support network: a place where people connect, help one another, and work together to strengthen social ties and solidarity within their community.

Drop-in hours: Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Forest branch can put you in touch with a volunteer neighbour for weekly meetups (a walk in the neighbourhood, a chat over coffee, a cultural outing, board games, etc.).

Regular group activities are also organized to create and strengthen social connections.

Telephone helpline: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Store: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (open throughout lunchtime)

Furniture donations: by telephone appointment only

• Painting and wallpapering/removal of wallpaper
• Minor plumbing work
• Minor electrical repairs
• Various handyman services (minor masonry, carpentry, etc.)

A non-medical day centre for people aged 60 and over. It provides a welcoming environment that feels “just like home,” where a variety of activities and projects are organized in connection with the local community, bringing together people of all generations through an inclusive approach.

Soins Chez Soi is a home care and support coordination service whose mission is to provide the most appropriate assistance to people experiencing a loss of autonomy, enabling them to remain in their familiar environment for as long as possible.
