• Assistance with moving

The local hub is the heart of our neighbourhood support network: a place where people connect, help one another, and work together to strengthen social ties and solidarity within their community.

Drop-in hours: Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Office hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Services offered:

• Painting and wallpapering/removal of wallpaper
• Minor plumbing work (flush systems, taps)
• Minor electrical repairs
• Lawn mowing
• Moving services (17 m³ truck or 7 m³ van), furniture dismantling and assembly

From Monday, 13 October 2025, the collection point will be open every weekday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Forest branch can put you in touch with a volunteer neighbour for weekly meetups (a walk in the neighbourhood, a chat over coffee, a cultural outing, board games, etc.).

Regular group activities are also organized to create and strengthen social connections.
