Moments organized by our partners thanks to the Concert des Cœurs 2024.

As we prepare for the 2025 Concert des Cœurs, let’s look back with joy at the success of the 2024 edition, which enabled our partners to provide 12.366 quality moments to older people living in precarious or isolated situations.
Together, let’s keep solidarity alive.
