Home Care and Support Services in Brussels

Soins Chez Soi is a home care and support coordination service dedicated to providing tailored assistance to people experiencing a loss of independence, helping them remain in their own homes and familiar surroundings for as long as possible.

The Soins Chez Soi non-profit organization is a member of the Accoord Federation and the Brussels Federation of Home Care and Support Coordination Centres. It is officially recognized and funded by COCOF (French Community Commission of Brussels).

Since 2022, Soins Chez Soi and CSD Brussels have joined forces to respond to evolving needs and challenges through the implementation of a strategic plan based on the Integrated Social and Health Plan (PSSI). This plan includes 40 projects to be completed by 2026, with the aim of improving the integration, accessibility, and continuity of services for all people experiencing a loss of independence in Brussels.

Urgent Requests

For urgent requests requiring a nurse or physiotherapist, services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All requests must be made exclusively by telephone.
