With more than 40 years of experience in specialised support, this independent, pluralistic non-profit organisation, accredited by Iriscare, has developed extensive expertise in services for older adults in the Brussels-Capital Region. Its knowledge is continuously enriched through regular fieldwork, including visits to care facilities and close collaboration with professionals from the social and healthcare sectors.

Personalised advice

From Monday to Friday, its multilingual team provides personalised consultations by phone or by appointment for older adults, their relatives and the professionals who support them. Tailored advice is offered to help identify the services and housing solutions best suited to each individual's needs and situation.

Écoute Seniors

Infor-Homes also hosts the regional elder abuse prevention service, Écoute Seniors. Accredited by the French Community Commission (COCOF), this listening and support service provides guidance and assistance to people experiencing situations perceived as abusive, with the aim of promoting the well-being of older adults. The service also develops awareness-raising tools and resources dedicated to the prevention of elder abuse.

Other missions

The organisation also supports professionals and the competent regional authorities through its coordination of the network of dementia reference professionals and its role as an observatory of the elderly care sector in the Brussels-Capital Region.
