Infor-Homes is completely independent and non-denominational. For nearly 40 years, its teams have developed expertise in the support, care, and housing services available to older adults in Brussels. The association’s mission is to contribute, through listening and access to information, to the quality of life of older adults during the transitions they may face throughout their lives.

The services offered are available not only to older adults themselves, but also to their relatives and professionals in the sector.

Personalized guidance on choosing a suitable living environment for older adults experiencing a loss of independence. Available by phone, email, or appointment.

Senior Listening Service

A listening and elder abuse prevention helpline for older adults. The service is available by phone and email to older adults, their relatives, and professionals.

Senior Mediation

A family mediation service tailored to situations involving an older person. Offered by our team following an assessment of the situation by phone or email.

Observatory of the Older Ad Care and Support Sector

Annual analysis of developments within the sector, as well as awareness-raising initiatives, training sessions, and conferences for professionals.

Coordination of Dementia Reference Persons

Support and guidance for dementia reference persons working in nursing homes and care homes.
